Franco Carlini, formerly bio-physicist for the National Council of Research, is journalist and writer. He is in charge of the section "Web Economy" on "Corriere della Sera" and the weekly page "Chips and Salsa" on the newspaper "Il Manifesto" and he is also one of the hosts of the daily radio broadcast
"Radio3 Scienza".
He’s particularly interested in the digital and interactive communication theories and practices.
He founded a web design and web content company, www.totem.to and among his recent books there are "Lo stile del web" (Einaudi, 1999), "Divergenze Digitali" (Manifestolibri, 2001), "Parole di carta e di web" (Einaudi, 2004).
